delete from the Portfolio the following obligations:
$1,000,000 Wisconsin Health and Educl. Fac. Auth., Rev. Bonds (Waukosha
Mem. Hosp., Inc. Proj.), Ser. 1993 (AMBAC Ins.), 5.70%, due 08/15/2022
and to substitute therefor:
$1,000,000 Wisconsin Health and Educl. Fac. Auth., Rev. Bonds (Bellin Mem.
Hosp., Inc. Oblig. Group), Ser. 1993 (AMBAC Ins.), 5.875%, due 02/15/2022
Estimated net annual interest rate per unit times $1,000 is $55.80. The
first distribution to be paid on the 25th day of June, 1994 to Holders of
record on the 10th day of June, 1994 is $3.35 with second and following
distributions estimated to be $4.65.
