Explanation of Responses:
(1) On May 11, 1999, the Board of Directors of DCPI declared a 5% stock dividend
payable on June 11, 1999 to all the holders of Common Stock and Class A Common
Stock of the Company on May 21, 1999, the record date. These shares represent
the shares received by the reporting person in the dividend distribution.
(2) 3,237,403 shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by Ms. Clark. Pursuant
to a voting trust agreement between Ms. Clark and Ms. Clark's husband, Richard
W. Clark, Mr. Clark has the sole voting power over the shares owned by Ms.
Clark. Ms. Clark has the right to receive dividends or the proceeds from the
sale of such shares.
