The shares of Common Stock reported herein as beneficially owned
are owned directly by Tudor BVI (240,625 shares), TPT (0 shares), Altar
Rock (1,720 shares), Raptor Portfolio (430,350 shares), Raptor L.P. (0
shares), Raptor Ltd. (0 shares), TAP (0 shares), TGT (0 shares), North
End (0 shares) and Upper Mill (60,050 shares). Because TIC is the sole
general partner of Altar Rock and Raptor L.P. and provides investment
advisory services to Raptor Ltd., Raptor Portfolio, Tudor BVI and Upper
Mill, TIC may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Common Stock
owned by each of such Reporting Persons. TIC expressly disclaims such
beneficial ownership. In addition, because Mr. Jones is the controlling
shareholder of TIC and the indirect controlling equity holder of TPT,
Mr. Jones may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Common Stock

On October 1, 1999, each of Raptor L.P. and Raptor Ltd.
