Ohio Supplement to Prospectus dated May 1, 1995

The investment policy of the Spectrum Funds is to
invest varying amounts of their assets, up to a maximum of 15%,
in certain specified Underlying Price Funds. See page 14 of the
Prospectus.
Ohio Rule 1301:6-3-09(E)(8) prohibits any investment
company from purchasing the securities of any issuer if the
purchase would cause the investment company to hold more than 10%
of the voting securities of the issuer.
By providing the Notice and a statement that the
securities of the Spectrum Fund have been duly registered with
the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment
Company Act of 1940, the Spectrum Fund is in compliance with this
Rule.
