the prescribed period.
On August 4, 1995, four new directors were appointed to, and one
previous director resigned from, the Board of Directors of the
registrant. The reconstituted Board of Directors is reviewing the
Company's non-environmental businesses. The registrant expects that the
Form 10-Q for quarter ended June 30, 1995 will reflect substantial write
downs relating to these businesses.
