The issuer to which this statement on Schedule 13G for the calendar year ended December 31, 1999 (the "Schedule 13G") relates is Orbital Engine Corporation Limited (the "Issuer"), which has its principal executive offices at 1 Whipple Street, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021, Australia.
