TO THE PROSPECTUSES DATED MAY 6, 1996
Effective the date of this supplement, Greg Adams, Director of U.S. Equity
Research at Chase, has been primarily responsible for the day-to-day
management of the Fund. Mr. Adams joined Chase in 1987 and is also re-
sponsible for co-managing the Vista Growth and Income Fund and
the Vista Balanced Fund. In addition, Mr.Adams has been responsible for
overseeing the proprietary computer model program used in the U.S. equity
selection process.
