SUPPLEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 1996
TO THE PROSPECTUSES DATED MAY 6, 1996
Effective September 4, 1996, Don Quigley and Andrew Russell replaced Mr.
Buonagurio as co-managers with Susan Huang of the Vista Bond Fund and Vista
Short-Term Bond Fund, respectively.
Don Quigley is also responsible for quantitative portfolio analysis and
corporate securities trading for U.S. Fixed Income Investment Management.
Mr. Quigley has been a bond trader with Chase Manhattan since 1993. Pre-
viously, he was a trader of fixed income securities for Metropolitan Life.
Mr. Quigley is currently completing requirements for becoming a Certified
Financial Analyst.
Andrew Russell is also responsible for trading and analysis of asset-backed
securities and is an analyst in the quantitative portfolio research group.
Since joining Chase Manhattan in 1990, Mr. Russell has served as a portfolio
assistant, assistant trader and trader of fixed income securities in Chase's
U.S. Private Bank.
