REPORTING PERSON IS A DIRECTOR, OFFICER AND SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER OF
EQUITEX BUT HAS NO PECUNIARY INTEREST IN THE SECURITIES OF THIS ISSUER
HELD BY EQUITEX.
