"Read-Rite (Nasdaq: RDRT -News) Amends Terms of Pending Exchange Offer and
Extends Expiration Date To March 15," moved earlier today, we are advised by the
company that the first graph, second line should read "approximately $156.5
million," rather than "approximately $136.5 million." In addition, the first
graph, fourth line should read "approximately 45%" rather than "approximately
40%" as originally issued.
