The following sentence replaces the fifth sentence of the second paragraph
under "Purchase of Shares":
In addition, the minimal initial purchase amount does not apply to
investors who purchase shares of the California Tax-Free Money Market
Fund or Class A Shares of the Money Market Fund and U.S. Treasury
Money Market Fund as customers of a financial institution which has
established a cash sweep arrangement with respect to such Funds.
