SUPPLEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1995 TO PROSPECTUS DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1995
The information set forth in the Prospectus under the caption "Investing in
the Fund -- Minimum Investment Required" is hereby supplemented as follows:
During the period from September 29, 1995 through November 30, 1995,
the minimum initial investment for Class A and Class B Shares of the Fund
is $100 for shareholders who elect, at the time of such initial investment,
to participate in the Fund's Systematic Investment Program. Under this
program, funds may be automatically withdrawn periodically from the
shareholder's checking account and invested in Fund shares at the net asset
value next determined after an order is received, plus any applicable sales
charge. For further information concerning this program, see the Prospectus
under the caption "Investing in the Fund -- Systematic Investment Program."
