the fiscal year ended June 30, 2000 for the Form 10-KSB, all of
which information has not yet been received.

At the end of the last fiscal year, on July 31, 1999, the
Registrant was in the development stage and had not yet
commenced operation. During the fiscal year ended June 30,
2000, the Registrant has commenced operations and will reflect
revenue on its financial statements.
