be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.)
Because of severe flooding in the People's Republic of China, the Company's
corporate personnel have been assisiting the field operations. Because the
corporate personnel have been thus preoccupied and because customers have
been flooded out, the financial information has been slow to reach the
corporate office, and when received was received by an understaffed
accounting department. Because of this, the quarterly financial statements
have not been completed in sufficient time to file a Form 10-QSB by the due
date.
