10-QSB or N-SAR or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed
period.
1. The Company has not been able to compile the requisite financial
data necessary to enable the Company to have sufficient time to
complete the Company's financial statements with unreasonable effort
and expense. The Company is currently finalizing negotiation and
documentation for funding the ongoing operating needs. Accordingly
management needs additional time to adequately review the necessary
information in the 10-Q.
