This supplement provides updates resulting from a merger agreement between The
Chase Manhattan Bank Corporation and U.S. Trust Corporation.
Effective September 1, 1995, the following changes have occurred:
1. The custodian currently listed on page 18 as United States Trust Company
of New York is now The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
2. The Following wire instructions replace those currently listed under
Purchase of Shares By Federal Funds Wire on page 11 of the
