ReDOX TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION PROVIDES
FURTHER INFORMATION ON INDIA PROJECT
October 21, 1999
Houston, Texas - ReDOX Technology Corporation has now provided further
information on its plans for a subsidiary domiciled in India. In a press
release yesterday, the company announced its impending plans to form ReDOX
Technology Corporation - India to carry out development of a manufacturing
facility in that country and to appoint Ansul Gupta as Liaison and COO of the
unit. Today, ReDOX made available a letter, related to its plans that it has
received. Dated October 5, 1999, from the Office of [the] Minister, (Hill
Region), Government of Uttar Pradesh, India, and pursuant to sustained
discussions and a proposal submitted previously by ReDOX, the letter in
official translation states, in part, "Your proposal has been sent to the
Development Commissioner of the Hill Region which is chaired by the Chief
commissioner for development for the Hill Region... The department of
development of the Hill Region of Uttar Pradesh, India will do its best to give
you all possible assistance within their powers to enable you to carry out
development activities by your company..."
ReDOX Technology Corporation Chairman Richard A. Szymanski stated, "Obtaining
that communication from the Office of the Minister of the Hill Region of Uttar
Pradesh was a significant step forward in our development plans for the Asian
theatre of ReDOX's business model." Szymanski indicated that matters had
proceeded beyond the October 15 status, but he declined to provide details,
saying, "Although we have a duty to provide material information in a timely
manner, events are moving quickly on the ground; as such, it is prudent for us
to wait, at least briefly, before further elaboration."

ReDOX TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION DETAILS CREDENTIALS OF REDOX - INDIA COO
October 26, 1999
Houston, Texas - ReDOX Technology Corporation this morning released further
information on the prospective chief operations officer for its planned, first
deployment in Asia under ReDOX Technology Corporation - India. In an October
21, 1999 press release, ReDOX Chairman Richard A. Szymanski stated that Ansul
Gupta would be appointed COO of ReDOX - India and act as Liaison Officer to the
parent company's planned operations. Szymanski said today that the Company
wants its shareholders to view Mr. Gupta's credentials to fully understand the
strength he brings to the firm.
Ansul Gupta graduated from the City University of New York and Columbia
University, specializing in the economies of the United States, the former
Soviet Union, and the People's Republic of China. Mr. Gupta's grandfather is
the late Rai Sahib of Panchitgahn Meerui Lala Ram Asray Prasad. His father is
Shri Janardan Prasad Gupta, former chairman of AJ Gupta & Cop. Pvt Ltd. Ansul
Gupta's sister, Neeta Gupta, is Editor of the cultural magazine Atharva Bharat,
his other sister, Namika Gupta, is Manager of the magazine.
From 1984 to 1986, Ansul Gupta was Deputy Chairman of three joint ventures in
Beijing; the aggregate value of these ventures was US$ 161 million. From 1986
to 1988, he was the Chairman and CEO of Delta Oil Corporation, and CEO of
Canadian Petroleum SA. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Gupta was the Chairman and CEO
of Dole Corp. International. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Gupta was Chairman of
Western Global Technologies and served as an economic and strategic political
adviser in Moscow on economic issues under the sponsorship of the Supreme
Soviet. From 1994 to 1998, he was Group Finance Director of the Asian Pacific
Group, its worldwide affiliates and subsidiaries.

ReDOX INVITED BY THE MINISTER FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR
PRADESH, INDIA - TO FINALIZE AGREEMENTS.
Houston, Texas - ReDOX Technology Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: RDOX - news)
is in the process of finalizing an agreement in the State of Uttar Pradesh in
India through the help of the Government of Uttar Pradesh for developing a 1500
acre technology park for Redox Technology Corporation which would include a
research and development laboratory, a huge service center and a major
manufacturing facility. The manufacturing facility will produce various
products using ReDOX Technologies for the Indian market of one billion people
along with the markets which India has bi-lateral agreements. The development
of the 1500 acres will be developed by a series of international corporations
headed by SOMC, a Saudi based operation company. All of this complex will be
owned and managed by the ReDOX Technology Corporation.
ReDOX Technology Corporation Chairman Richard A. Szymanski stated today's
announcement, "consistent with the negotiations and finalizations has learned
that ReDOX, director of development, at the invitation of the Honorable
Minister of Development of Uttaranchal Region of Uttar Pradesh, Government of
Uttar Pradesh, will be leaving for India in the next few days".
The Government of Uttar Pradesh in India is waiting for the arrival of a trade
delegation of ReDOX Technology Corporation headed by its Chairman Mr. Richard
Szymanski to finalize the implementation of its work in India. The Uttaranchal
Region of Uttar Pradesh, India has give assurances of all possible assistance
to ReDOX Technology Corporation including relief in areas where it is possible
to give relief in order to assist ReDOX Technology Corporation in completing
its project plans in India. The estimated projected annual revenue is
estimated to be around USD 500 million from the ReDOX Technology Corporation's
manufacturing facility.
