D.H. Blair & Co., Inc. ("Blair") and Alan Stahler
("Stahler") hereby amend their statement on Schedule 13G
relating to the Common Stock of Notify Corporation (the
"Issuer") as follows:
Item 4. Ownership.
(a)(b) As of November 3, 1999, Mr. Stahler may be
deemed to beneficially own 30,750 shares of Common Stock or
0.69% consisting of 750 shares and 30,000 Class A Warrants.
Each Class A Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one
share of Common Stock. Blair owns no shares.
Item 5. Stahler and Blair have ceased to be beneficial owners
of more than five percent of the Issuer's securities.
Item 10. Certification.
By signing below we certify that, to the best of our knowledge and belief,
the securities referred to above were acquired in the ordinary course of
business and were not acquired for the purpose of and do not have the effect of
changing or influencing the control of the issuer of such securities and were
not acquired in connection with or as a participant in any transaction having
