CIBC and wholly-owned direct subsidiary of
CIBC Delaware Holdings Inc. CIBC and CIBC
Delaware Holdings Inc. may, by reason of their
relationship, be deemed the beneficial owner
of the shares owed by Canadian Imperial
Holdings Inc.
