(01) An option to acquire 1,500 shares, exercisable in four equal annual increments beginning on January 04, 1994. Currently
exercisable.
(02) An option to acquire 1,200 shares, exercisable in three equal annual increments beginning on December 09, 1995. Current
ly exercisable.
(03) An option to acquire 8,800 shares, exercisable in four equal annual increments beginning on June 18, 1997.
(04) An option to acquire 2,824 shares. Currently exercisable.
(05) Withdrew entitlement to purchase 500 Common shares pursuant to Employee Share Purchase Plan.
(06) Under the Loewen Group International, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Plan, the reporting person invests in the TLGI Fund. The T
LGI Fund invests primarily in Common shares, but also maintains cash reserves. The TLGI Fund operates as a pooled fu
