OPPENHEIMER FLORIDA TAX-EXEMPT FUND
Supplement dated September 13, 1994
to the Statement of Additional Information dated April 29, 1994

The Statement of Additional Information is amended by replacing the
section entitled "Major Shareholders" on page 21 with the following
paragraph:

  -    Major Shareholders.  As of September 12, 1994, the only persons
who owned of record or were known by the Fund to own beneficially 5% or
more of the Fund's outstanding Class A or Class B shares were as follows:
(1) Paul H. Leeds, 6141 Hollows Lane, DelRay Beach, Florida 33484, owned
of record 168,123.924 Class A shares, constituting 15.82% of Class A
shares and 9.23% of all classes of shares of the Fund then outstanding;
Mr. Leeds has entered into an agreement with the Fund that as long as he
owns more than 5% of the Fund's shares, he will vote his shares on any
matter presented at a shareholders meeting in the same proportion as other
shareholders; (2) Jack and Amy Mark, as joint tenants, 4811 Exeter Estate
Lane, Lake Worth, Florida 33467-8108, owned of record 54,059.232 Class A
shares, constituting 5.09% of Class A shares then outstanding; (3) Merrill
Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Inc., 4800 Deer Lake Drive E Fl3,
Jacksonville, Florida 32246-6484, owned of record for its customers'
accounts 69,532.000 Class B shares, constituting 9.17% of Class B shares
then outstanding; and (4) Smith Barney Shearson, Inc., 388 Greenwich
Street, New York, New York 10013, owned of record for its customers'
accounts 41,938.000 Class B shares, constituting 5.53% of Class B shares
then outstanding.
