The registrant estimates that its results of operations for the fiscal
quarter ended July 31, 1996 as reflected in its statements of operations to be
included in its Form 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 1996 will
reflect an increase in total revenues to approximately $15,040,000 compared to
approximately $13,840,000 for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 1995. In
addition the registrant expects to report net income of between approximately
$240,000 and $440,000 for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 1996 compared to net
income of approximately $1,105,000 for the comparable quarter in 1995.
