The following line should be added to Shareholder
Transaction Expenses and the following sentences should be added
to the footnotes in Table 1 under the section "Transaction and
Fund Expenses" on page 2 of the prospectus.
Account Maintenance Fee(b) $10
(b) The Fund charges a $10 annual account maintenance fee
at the rate of $2.50 each quarter for any account
opened during the quarter. The purpose of the fee is
for each account to bear the approximate cost of its
administration, regardless of the amount of assets
invested.
