1991 and the Series 1996-3 Supplement dated as of June 1, 1996 (together, the
Agreement) by and between The Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A. (Chase) and Yasuda

presented based on the aggregate amounts for the Trust as a whole. Capitalized
