SUPPLEMENT TO PROSPECTUS DATED DECEMBER 29, 1994
THE FOLLOWING DISCLOSURE AMENDS ALL REFERENCES TO STRATEGIC FIXED INCOME,
L.P. IN THE FUND'S PROSPECTUS:
Effective July 3, 1995, Strategic Fixed Income, L.P. will cease to serve as
the Fund's sub-investment adviser. Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management Inc.
('Mitchell Hutchins'), the Fund's investment adviser and administrator, will
assume responsibility for making and implementing all investment decisions for
the Fund on that date. Stuart Waugh, a managing director of global fixed income
investments of Mitchell Hutchins, will be primarily responsible for the
day-to-day portfolio management of the Fund. Mr. Waugh is the portfolio manager
of global fixed income funds with aggregate assets of over $2 billion and has
been employed as a portfolio manager by Mitchell Hutchins for the last eight
years.
