(1) Owned by Multi-Venture Partners, Ltd., a Nevada limited partnership
("MVP"), a partnership in which the
reporting person is a partner. MVP sold 82,500 shares on the open market for
$36.0019, per share, 67,500
shares on the open market for $35.9676 per share, 2,500 shares on the open
market for $36.0625 per share, and
50,000 shares on the open market for $36.0000 per share. Securities
beneficially owned at the end of the month
are held indirectly through
MVP.
