This statement relates to the common stock (the "Common Stock") of Cash Can
Incorporated (the "Company"). The Company's principal executive offices are
located at 2321 Noriega Street, San Francisco, California 94122.
ITEM 2. IDENTITY AND BACKGROUND
(a) The person filing this statement is Maria Rosana T. Galang.
(b) The residential address for Ms. Galang is: Unit #1609
Renaissance 2000 2 Amorsolo St., Makati City, Metro Manila,
Philippines.
(c) Ms. Galang is a businesswoman.

(f) Ms. Galang is a citizen of the Philippines.
ITEM 3. SOURCE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION
The source of the funds used to purchase the shares was personal income. Ms.
Galang purchased the shares for $.05 each. The total amount Ms. Galang paid for
the 5,500,000 shares was $275,000.
ITEM 4. PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION
The transaction was made for investment purposes.
ITEM 5. INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER
(a) Since the subject transaction, Ms. Galang beneficially owns an
aggregate of 5,500,000 shares of Common Stock which is equal
to 34.0% of the outstanding shares of the Company.

to dispose or direct the disposition of 5,500,000 shares of
Common Stock.
