Supplement to the Prospectus dated

The Trust for Trak Investments shall not change its name to "Consulting Group 
Capital Markets Funds" until May 9, 1994.

Shares of Emerging Markets Equity Investments Portfolio will not be offered to 
the public until mid-April, 1994.
