     The following, as relevant, modifies the information in the
Prospectus under the headings "HOW TO INVEST," "PURCHASE OF
SHARES" and "ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS":

     The Fund no longer requires institutional investors in The
Labor Select International Equity Portfolio to make their
investments in-kind or by following another procedure that will
have the same economic effect as an in-kind purchase.
