     The Registrant has not yet completed certain analyses necessary to complete
the Registrant's financial statements for the year ended May 27, 2000. As a
result, the independent auditors of the Registrant have not yet completed their
audit of the Registrant's consolidated financial statements for the year ended
May 27, 2000.
