Data and narrative for the Form 10-Q were lost due to computer  failure - entire
report has to be re-generated and re-typed.

Significant  change from  corresponding  period last year will be larger losses.
Last year the  registrant was in a start up mode with a small amount of overhead
and no revenues.  This reporting  period the registrant has much larger overhead
with no revenues.
