Attachment I
The Company's accountants have requested certain information from the
Company that requires input from third parties. It is not practicable for the
Company to obtain such input prior to the date by which the Company's 10KSB must
be filed. The Company expects to obtain such input promptly and will file its
10KSB for the year ended October 31, 1996 within 15 days of the date on which it
was required to be filed.
