On September 13, 1996, the shareholders of the Aetna Asian Growth Fund approved
the Plan of Reorganization and Liquidation providing for the transfer of the
assets of the Aetna Asian Growth Fund to the Aetna International Growth Fund.
Therefore, the Aetna Asian Growth Fund is no longer offered.
