prescribed time period.
The Registrant was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the
quarterly period ended June 30, 2000 in the prescribed time period, because, due
to recent changes in personnel who are involved in the preparation of the
Registrant's financial statements included in this Form 10-Q, including the
recent hiring of a new Controller/Chief Accounting Officer, this Form 10-Q
could not be completed without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant
anticipates that this Form 10-Q will be filed on or before the fifth calendar
day following its prescribed due date.
