the prescribed time period.
At September 30, 1996, the Registrant was not in
compliance with its secured bank loan agreement
requiring a 1:1 ratio of current assets to current
liabilities. The Registrant has obtained a waiver
of that breach from the bank; however, the
completion of the report by the Registrant was
delayed by the need to obtain the waiver.
