Tadeo Holdings, Inc. was involved in several securities transactions that
occurred at the end of the 1999 fiscal year. Dealing with the complicated
accounting treatment for these transactions has made it difficult, without
incurring unreasonable expenses, to file the report on 10-K without an extension
of time.
