all of which information has not yet been received.

operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal

The Registrant incurred additional operating expenses from the
three month period ended September 30, 2000 as compared to the
same quarterly period of the last fiscal year ($8,146,795 versus
$292,567, respectively). In addition, the Registrant generated
additional revenue for the period ended September 30, 2000 as
compared to the same quarterly period of the last fiscal year
($6,899,937 versus $294,646, respectively). These items result
from the Registrant working to implement its current plan of
operation.
