the quarterly period ended March 31, 2000 for the Form 10-Q, all
of which information has not yet been received.

The Registrant incurred substantial additional operating
expenses from the three month period ended March 31, 2000 from
the same quarterly period of the last fiscal year. In addition,
the Registrant generated revenue for the period ended March 31,
2000, whereas in the prior year's period there was no revenue.
These items result from the Registrant working to implement its
current plan of operation.
