The following information 
replaces information on 
Expenses and Performance on 
pages 6 and 7, respectively.
FMR has voluntarily agreed to 
temporarily limit total operating 
expenses of Spartan Municipal 
Money and Spartan 
Intermediate Municipal to .32% 
and .20% respectively, of each 
fund's average net assets. If 
these agreements were not in 
effect, the management fees 
and total operating expenses 
would be .50% and .55%, 
respectively. Expenses eligible 
for reimbursement do not 
include interest, taxes, 
brokerage commissions, or 
extraordinary expenses.
