  Supplement, dated April 10, 1995, to the Prospectus, dated March 1, 1995, of
    Seligman Henderson International Fund, Seligman Henderson Global Smaller
          Companies Fund and Seligman Henderson Global Technology Fund

     Seligman  Services,  Inc.  ("SSI"),  an affiliate of J. & W. Seligman & Co.
Incorporated, has been established as a limited purpose broker/dealer to provide
personal  service to  shareholders.  SSI will act as broker/dealer of record for
all  shareholder  accounts  established  after  April 1, 1995 that do not have a
designated broker/dealer of record.
