Supplement, dated May 1, 1995, to the Prospectus, dated March 1, 1995,
of Seligman Henderson Global Fund Series, Inc. (the "Fund")
Effective May 1, 1995 through June 30, 1995, broker/dealers will
receive the full sales load in accordance with the sales load schedule contained
in the Fund's Prospectus (up to 4.75%) on sales of Class A shares of Seligman
Henderson International Fund, Seligman Henderson Global Smaller Companies Fund
and Seligman Henderson Global Technology Fund. After June 30, 1995, regular
broker/dealer concessions (up to 4.25%) will be paid on Class A shares of the
Fund.
