Dear Sir or Madam:
On behalf of Seligman Henderson Global Fund Series, Inc. (the "Fund"), I
hereby submit this application for withdrawal of the Fund's Post-Effective
Amendments Nos. 14 and 15 to the Fund's Registration Statement on Form N-1A,
together with any exhibits (the "Amendments") which were filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on March 2, 1995 and March 13, 1995,
respectively, pursuant to Rule 477(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Act").
The Amendments are being withdrawn because management has decided not to
pursue this project at this time due to present market conditions in the
emerging markets environment.
As Post-Effective Amendment No. 15 will become effective automatically
on April 20, 1995, I respectively request than an order with respect to this
withdrawal application be issued today or as soon as practicable thereafter.
Pursuant to the requirements of Rule 478 of this Act, this application
for the withdrawal of the Amendments has been signed by a Director of the Fund
