On behalf of Seligman Henderson Global Fund Series, Inc, I hereby submit
this application for withdrawal of Post-Effective Amendment No. 24 to the Fund's
Registration Statement on Form N-1A, together with any exhibits (the
"Amendment"), which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
June 27, 1997, pursuant to Rule 477(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 (the
"Act").
The Amendment is being withdrawn because management has decided not to
pursue this project at this time for business reasons.
As Post-Effective Amendment No. 24 will become effective automatically on
September 10, 1997, I respectively request that an order with respect to this
application for withdrawal be issued today or as soon as practicable thereafter.
Pursuant to the requirements of Rule 478 of the Act, this application for
the withdrawal of the Amendment has been signed by the President of the Fund
this 8th day of September, 1997.
