shareholders voted on the election of trustees and the ratification of Deloitte
& Touche LLP as the independent auditors.

auditors for the Trust, 6,744,850 common shares, 1,943 preferred shares voted
in favor of the proposal, 31,619 shares voted against and 39,581 shares
abstained.
