funds listed above (the "Funds"), originally scheduled for December 15, 1999,
was adjourned until JANUARY 20, 2000. The Funds' records indicate that we have

many shares you hold and the Funds' records indicate that as of October 20,
1999, ("Record Date" for the Meeting) you were holding shares in one or more of
