SUPPLEMENT TO PROSPECTUS DATED JUNE 30, 1994


Please delete the first four sentences of the fourth paragraph under the
subheading "Investment Adviser" of the section entitled "Management of the
Funds" on page 17 of the prospectus, and insert the following sentence:
      "Effective May 1, 1995, all investment decisions for the STOCK
      FUND are made by an investment group ."
