Difficulties were encountered in coordinating the information from
sources in Poland and incorporating that information within the Form
10-Q within the prescribed time period. The Registrant, however,
currently anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than
November 20, 2000.

PART IV - OTHER INFORMATION
(3) The Registrant anticipates that it will report a significant and
material change in its results of operations for the three months
ended September 30, 2000 from the corresponding period for the last
fiscal year. The Registrant anticipates that it will report a net
loss for the three months ended September 30, 2000 of approximately
$2,140,000 compared to a net loss of $1,381,000 for the three months
ended September 30, 1999.
