PROSPECTUS
SUPPLEMENT DATED JULY 17, 1996
TO PROSPECTUS DATED JUNE 28, 1996
On July 12, 1996, the Company entered into a collaborative arrangement
sponsored by the Utah Department of Transportation for purposes of
demonstrating the efficacy of the Company's proprietary technologies using
graphite composite materials to retrofit existing bridges for corrosive decay.
The project will include full scale modeling and testing of the technologies on
vertical columns, horizontal beams supporting the bridge decks and the
connections between the beam and column. The project will also include the
retrofitting of a 30-year old bridge on Interstate 80 in Salt Lake Valley for
corrosive decay. The participants in the project also include the University of
Utah and the Utah State University, which will be involved in conducting the
full scale modeling and testing, and Thiokol Corporation, which will provide
the graphite material for the full scale tests and the bridge retrofit. Under
the terms of the arrangement, the Utah Department of Transportation will pay
all direct expenses incurred by the Company and the Company will donate the
use of the Robo-Wrapper(TM) equipment and its own labor for the project. The
project is scheduled to be completed by August 31, 1996.
