Explanation of Responses:
(1) Held by Fries Media Assets Ltd., a limited partnership of which the Reporting Person is a general partner and owns a 55%
interest therein. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the Issuer's securities held by said partnership,
except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(2) The limited partnership distributed the shares of Class A Common Stock to its partners, pursuant to which the Reporting
Person received 8,891 shares based upon his 55% interest in the partnership and the remaining shares have been distributed
to the other partner.
