Explanation of Responses:
(1) $16.59 based on a conversion rate of 1.2057 on October 26, 2000.
(2) On March 20, 2000, the ordinary shares of the Issuer split 3-for-1, resulting in the Reporting Person receiving 154,591,566
shares and an adjustment to the shares held by the Foundation.
(3) The Foundation holds these securities under the Issuer's Stock Option Plan for transfer to employees upon exercise of options.
The Reporting Person appoints the board members of the Foundation. During the first eight months of 2000, the Foundation
transferred 3,310,627 Ordinary Shares to persons who exercised stock options of the Issuer.
